Something like this should work. You may need to tweak the UIViewAnimationOptions.
[UIView animateWithDuration:0.8 delay:0.0 options:UIViewAnimationOptionCurveEaseInOut | UIViewAnimationOptionAllowUserInteraction animations:^(void) {
popContents.view.frame = CGRectMake(320, ypos-70, 350, 350);
} completion:^(BOOL finished) {
[self.view.superview addSubview:popContents.view];
}];
Don't forget you can nest animations inside of each other.

I was just browsing the internet and checking my e-mail like i do everyday, and all of a sudden my screen went completely fuzzy, static like TVs do when you unplug the antenna.
I pushed the power button on the macmini and my screen came back up.
Has this happened to you? What could this have been? Everything is fine now but I still have my warranty and wondering if I should be concerned about this?
I don't even have guess on what could have caused this...

I frown upon WoW as well... I just don't see why it is so fun, its expensive, it requires insane amounts of time, its not competitive, it requires no skill...
I second that. I've not been using for about two months now! :D
Another good multiplayer FPS is Battlefield 2142 - really fun if you get the right squad and server.

I just logged into my root user account in Terminal, and it seems that this security issue isn't just about the 2nd-to-last character in a password: my root password is 13 characters long, and as long as I get the first 8 characters right, it accepts the password even if the last 5 characters are excluded or incorrect.
I just tried the same thing in the Finder, and it works there too.
edit: by the way, I have 10.2.6.

There should be a -1000 button for threads like these... Or - "Lowest Ranked".
Haha I guess you're the only one. You're at -39.

"Childs play. Supports 2 30" displays easily."
And by easily, you mean with $200 in Apple adapters :)
You can buy the dual-link DVI mini-Display Port adapter for around $65 on Monoprice.com - generic but working. Painful, in any event, but I'll be buying one.

the more the better!
eagerly awaiting Aperture 3.1 to speed a few things up and please add pinch zoom for the MBP users, even Lightroom has pinch zoom.
I'm happy with the new Aperture but these tiny little things can be improved.
There is pinch zoom in the browser view and while working with Faces, just not while editing a picture.
IMHO, pinch zoom gets in my way more often than not. I find myself accidentally triggering it while dragging a selection in Faces or the browser. I strongly prefer more intentional control over something like that in a pro photo package ...
That having been said, it would be nice to be an option.

The code to change videos to links in quote posts seems to affect still images also. Quotes in the DP forum swap the image with an link reading "image". Is this intended or not?

You guys are fast!
Cool. So far I have just been right clicking "set as desktop" off the images themselves. I haven't added any folder to the desktop/wallpaper preferences pane - is this why my wallpaper last night didn't "stick" after shutting down? It went back to the default wallpaper this morning when I turned it on.
Sorry, this is my 1st apple ever and I just got it 2 days ago :(
So far it's been very intuitive and easy to learn and convert from windows though!

To use iFile to install a deb, here is how I do it:
Download the .deb to your computer.
Open iFile on your ipod, and click on the WiFi logo on the bottom.
A page of text will display, with a url at the end, something like "http://192.168.xxx.xxx:10000".
Enter the url into the browser on your computer.
A root directory of your ipod will appear in the browser, with an upload box.
Use the upload box to put the .deb somewhere on your ipod, like in /tmp.
In iFile, tap Done and browse to the .deb, and tap it, then tap Installer in the menu. It should then install.

You should read a few reviews. I would suggest heading towards the TRIM or CapsuleRebel.

Top-10 positions are all well and good, but I want to see some real hord-core unit figures that fully show the penetration the iMac G5 is having.
Obviously I won't get that, but it's what I want anyway.
Pointless rant aside, it is pleasing.

More about it here (http://www.macworld.com/news/2005/07/05/smithmicro/index.php?lsrc=mcrss).
Smith Micro makes FAXstf X (fax software) and QuickLink Mobile (wireless connectivity software) and was interested in Allume because of their newly developed compression software.Allume recently announced the development of a JPEG compression technique that yields a 30 percent reduction in the size of images without any penalty on image quality, and the company expects to be able to apply a similar technique to MPEG video and MP3 audio files.
